Called the “Canadian Amazon”, this creek meanders through the heavy lush canopy of the Carolinian forests of Norfolk County to Long Point. While the waterway extends 40+ km, the afternoon paddling tour will lead you through a pretty stretch from Rowan Mills Conservation Area down to Port Royal.

Beer Tasting and Snack at Charlotteville Brewery Co.
Make your way to Charlotteville Brewery Co, a family owned diversified farm that includes a hop yard and an estate brewery. It’s a cool spot to try new beers, chat with super friendly staff and learn about some sustainability practices on the farm. Check out their website for their live music schedule. Sunday afternoon is always a lively place to visit with some of our local artists..
Tips:
- Make sure to check out the pollinator garden as well as their large vegetable garden. In the summer months, plan on getting some of their fresh produce at the farm stand- "The Farmacy" .
- Make sure to taste one of their seasonal beers and check out the gift shop.
