Doors open at 6:00 PM for registration.

You do not need to be a member to attend the AGM; however, you must be a member in good standing to be able to vote at the AGM. Those wishing to renew their annual membership may do so at the AGM in cash or by cheque.

Please register using this form so we can confirm your membership status and send you the meeting package materials.

If you would like to participate but are unable to attend in person, you can:

• Attend electronically (link and instructions will be provided following your registration)
• Assign your vote to another member using the proxy form. Instructions, including by which date and how you must file your form, are on the form.
