2023 Biosphere Conference called “Best Ever!”

With new format features and a solid program of presentations, the 2023 Long Point Biosphere Region Research and Conservation Conference drew enthusiastic praise from many of its over 120 attendees. Several tagged it as the “best ever” in the event’s eleven-year history.

Port Rowan Mural adds Colour/Community Spirit

Port Rowan now has an impressive and beautiful outdoor art installation that not only adds colour and beauty to the village but also stands as a symbol of hopeful collaboration and community spirit. The brightly coloured, 2,600 square-foot mural is the second such work to be completed under the Long Point Biosphere Region’s initiative to support the Moccasin Identifier Project.
